Glen Kruger is a Managing Director at GCA focused on M&A advisory for high-growth Vertical Software and Integrated Payments companies. With over 15 years of Tech M&A experience, Glen’s coverage areas include software utilized by Field Services, Professional Services, Food & Beverage, and Transportation & Logistics businesses. His transaction expertise – particularly among technologies designed to manage technical and professional service business operations – played a key role in the sale of FieldEdge to Advent International, Open Systems to Aptean, Real Green Systems to WorkWave, and Aspire Software to ServiceTitan. Prior to GCA, Glen held roles at Keybanc Capital Markets and Oppenheimer & Co. (formerly CIBC World Markets). He received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal (South Africa) and an MBA from Babson College.
