David Fegley focuses on software and marketplace M&A transactions. He has advised founder-led companies on sales to the largest strategics and sponsor-backed companies, and advised public clients on acquisitions of disruptive technologies. David joined the firm after earning a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
