Alex Vitale is an Managing Director for GCA. Alex has more than 25 years of investment banking experience, providing strategic and financing advice to his clients on a broad range of transactions including domestic and cross-border M&A as well as equity, equity-linked and debt financings. Prior to joining GCA in 2013, Alex was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Securities where he worked for 15 years and was responsible for coverage of the Electronics Supply Chain sector. Over his career, Alex has worked on more than 80 transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $35 billion. Alex is also a member of the Board of Directors of A3Cube; an early stage private company focused on re-inventing the converged computing market. Alex earned a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
