Tom joined GCA Altium in 2014 and has since completed a wide variety of deals from buy-side and sell-side M&A and private equity transactions, through to carve-out situations and public company takeovers. Previously, Tom spent two years at a corporate finance boutique following an internship at a Shanghai based consultancy focused on European and Israeli SMEs entering the Chinese market. Tom holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance Qualification and a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Money, Banking and Finance with French from the University of Birmingham, spending a year at Université de Bordeaux IV on the Erasmus programme.
