Kristoffer is a leading tech investment banking professional in Europe having executed a large number of successful M&A and placement deals to trade buyers and private equity. Kristoffer joined GCA Altium as part of the acquisition of Stella EOC, where he was a founding partner and has spent nearly two decades in European mid-market tech M&A in London and Stockholm. Today he spends most of his time across different software sectors, but also covers technology-enabled services too. Notable 2016 transactions that Kristoffer led include the sale of Cint to Nordic Capital and the sale of Veryday to McKinsey & Co. Kristoffer holds a Master of Law and studies in business and finance from Lund University, Sweden and the University of Grenoble, France.
