Keiichi Sakai is a Managing Director at GCA focusing on M&A advisory / transaction services. Prior to joining GCA, Keiichi was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he gained 10+ years of experience in advising domestic and international clients. His experience includes various types of M&A transactions, including mergers, curve-outs, minority investments, tender offers, and LBOs, for clients in many industries such as natural resources / energy, technology, banking, real estate, private equity, and trading company. Keiichi started his career in 1997 as CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) providing assurance service to international clients. He also worked in Transaction Services department at PwC providing financial due diligence and valuation services to domestic clients. Keiichi graduated from Waseda University, where he majored in French Literature.
