Kaz Go is an Executive Officer of GCA Healthcare Corporation. Prior to joining GCA, Kaz led Deloitte’s Life Science Asia Pacific FA practice, including over 5 years in San Francisco where he advised numerous M&A and venture capital transactions in the biotech, TMT and industrials sectors. Prior to this, he oversaw the private equity and venture capital practice as executive director of the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley) where he contributed to elevating the firm’s financial sponsors league table ranking to No 2. Before this, he was a deputy senior researcher at NLI Research Institute as a buyside healthcare analyst for Nippon Life, one of the largest institutional investors in Japan. He also engaged in the post-merger integration (PMI) and systems integration. Kaz received an MS from the University of Maryland in Systems Biology, and an MBA from Wharton School of Pennsylvania in Finance. He also served as senior advisor to VC firms and their portfolio companies including Takeda Pharmaceutical’s iPark Samurai. He is a Chartered Securities Analyst (CFA) and an IEEE Member.
