Bio

Chris is a Director at GCA, where he focuses on cross-border M&A advisory deals. Prior to joining GCA, Chris was a Director on the M&A Advisory team at PwC Japan, with a focus on energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining PwC, he spent 13 years in the investment banking division of HSBC, engaged in M&A advisory and capital raising for clients in the chemicals, energy and infrastructure sectors. Chris holds a Masters Degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) from Oxford University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA).
