Adrian specialises in TMT activities with a particular focus on software and tech-enabled services. He sits on the GCA European Strategic Board along with GCA’s Global Software Sector Team and ESG Sector Team. Adrian has over 20 years’ M&A experience across all forms of private and public deals and has advised on 90+ transactions. Recent deals include investments by GCP in Bridewell; LDC in WCCTV; ECI in Ciphr; Westbridge in Eque2; ECI in Mobysoft and Livingbridge in TitanHQ; plus sale of Mitrefinch to Advanced; Interactive Services to LRN; and FuelsPricing to PDI. Adrian joined GCA Altium in 2000.
