Chris Kerrigan Bio

Chris Kerrigan is a Vice President at G Squared Capital Partners and advises aerospace, defense, and government services companies on strategic alternatives including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, corporate finance transactions and management buyouts. Prior to joining G Squared, Mr. Kerrigan was a Vice President at Raymond James’ Defense & Government team, where he advised aerospace, defense and government services clients on a range of mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Kerrigan has closed numerous sell-side M&A transactions with industry leaders such as BAE Systems, Booz Allen Hamilton, The Carlyle Group, Parsons Corporation, and Veritas Capital, among others. Mr. Kerrigan received a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
