Austin Pace Bio

Austin Pace, a Director at G Squared Capital Partners, has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory engagements across various segments within the aerospace, defense, and government services markets. Prior to joining G Squared, Mr. Pace was a Vice President at The McLean Group, and a member of the firm’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services practice, where he focused on sell side and buy side advisory engagements. Mr. Pace has advised on and closed transactions with industry leaders such as ICF, ECS, AE Industrial Partners, Arlington Capital Partners, Enlightenment Capital, Sagewind Capital, Godspeed, DC Capital, and Blue Delta, among many others. Mr. Pace was previously an Associate in the Government Contracts Advisory Practice at PwC where he supported Fortune 500 clients, as well as private equity groups navigate compliance and regulatory requirements and manage contracting risk. Mr. Pace began his career in the Government Contracts Advisory Services group at BDO. Mr. Pace earned a B.B.A and M.S. in Accounting from James Madison University.
