Tatsuo Omagari started his career in 2001 at The Fuji Bank, Limited (now Mizuho Bank, Ltd.). In 2003, he joined The Tokyo Star Bank, Limited. He was engaged in handling debt financing for corporate restructuring, DIP Finance. From 2004, he was engaged in M&A advisory services at two or more M&A Boutiques and participation in management for reorganization (turnaround). In 2016, he joined Mizuho Corporate Advisory Co., Ltd.. He was mainly responsible for offering M&A advisory services to mid-market companies within borders. In 2020, he joined KPMG FAS Co., Ltd.. He mainly handled business restructuring projects as a member of the restructuring team. In 2021, he joined Frontier Management Inc
