Mr. Vehaskari joined Fredericks Michael & Co. in 2012 and services its clients in Northern Europe and the U.S.. Mr. Vehaskari has over 15 years’ experience advising clients in the United States and Europe in the areas of cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, corporate financial strategy and financial risk management in industries including industrials, plastics, contract manufacturing, paper and packaging, telecommunications equipment and renewables. Mr. Vehaskari is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and currently holds the Series 79 license. He is a Finland and United States dual national.
