Mr. Gaitan joined Fredericks Michael in 2008. He primarily advises Mexican and other Latin American clients on their international transactions as well as foreign multinational clients on transactions related to the Mexican and Latin American markets. He has extensive experience working on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and private placement transactions in industries including construction, chemicals, healthcare, food, industrials and paper and packaging. Mr. Gaitan is a Mexican national and speaks English and Spanish. He resides in New York City.
