Scott Pierce, General Counsel, received his B.A. in Philosophy from Auburn University and his J.D. from The University of North Carolina School of Law. Before joining The Frazer Lanier Company, Scott was a bond lawyer in private practice for over 25 years, with a focus on public finance and economic development, including extensive experience acting as sole bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and trustee’s counsel on a wide range of financings. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
