Brian Spear Bio

Brian S. Spear an investment banker since August, 1985, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University with a major in Finance. Since 1987, Mr. Spear has served as manager of the firm’s Remarketing Agent operations. In this capacity, he has placed and remarketed taxable and tax-exempt variable rate demand notes for a wide range of issuers and credit enhancement providers. In addition, he has served as investment banker to public issuers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.
