Bio

Stephen is the founder partner of Frazer Hall and has worked in mergers and acquisitions for 20 years, personally completing more than 100 buy or sell transactions. His former roles have included working for a private equity house as Investment Director and, more recently, Managing Partner in Manchester for a national practice of chartered accountants. He is also a Founder-Director of the Viking Fund, an early-stage technology fund. In his limited spare time, Steve is to be found outside, ideally in the hills climbing, but otherwise running, hiking or cycling. He lives in the Pennines as he can’t live in Nepal.
