Since joining Foros, Kyla has advised clients across a variety of industries, including advising the special committee of Startek in responding to the minority buyout proposal from the controlling shareholder; Zuora on its $400 million strategic investment from Silver Lake and the acquisitions of Zephr , Togai, and Sub(x); Acreage Holdings on its amended plan of arrangement with Canopy Growth; Diplomat on its $0.9bn sale to OptumRx; Methode Electronics on its acquisitions of Pacific Insight and Grakon; UNFI on its $2.9 billion acquisition of SUPERVALU; Kodak on its issuance of $200 million of convertible preferred stock to Southeastern Asset Management; Consolidated Communications on its $1.5 billion acquisition of FairPoint Communications and the sale of its IT Services Equipment Business to ePlus; Nielsen on its sale of Claritas to Carlyle Group; CA Technologies on its divestiture of ERwin to Parallax Capital Partners; Delphi Automotive on its acquisition of Control-Tec; and Cross Country Healthcare on its acquisition of Medical Staffing Network. Kyla earned a B.A. in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Economics from Harvard University, where she was a member of the varsity crew team.
