Since joining Foros, Salvador has advised clients in the software, telecommunications, and business services industries including advising Absolute on its $340 million Acquisition of NetMotion; F5 on its $500 million Acquisition of Volterra; ServiceMaster on its $200 million acquisition of Nomor and its acquisition of MPCL; MDC on its sale to Shoreview Industries; UNFI on its $2.9 billion acquisition of SUPERVALU; AFCO on its sale to West Street Infrastructure Partners; Harte Hanks on its $112 million divestiture of Trillium Software to Syncsort and its divestiture of 3Q Digital; Consolidated Communications on its $1.5 billion acquisition of FairPoint Communications and the sale of its IT Services Equipment Business to ePlus. Salvador earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University
