At Footprint Capital, Richard devotes his time to supporting deal origination efforts and advising on sell-side, buy-side and corporate finance transactions. As an experienced M&A and finance lawyer, he brings over 40 years of experience focusing on developing creative solutions to take transactions across the finish line. In addition, as a lawyer he regularly advised boards of directors and business owners on strategies and tactics to achieve their business objectives and to navigate complex business decisions.
