Bio

Drew Morgan is a principal with FOCUS. He has been with FOCUS since 2017 and joined full time in 2020. He is heavily involved in both buy-side and sell-side engagements, including pitching, outreach, due diligence, and banker support throughout the entire deal process. One of his key roles is to help build and nurture relationships with financial sponsors, including private equity firms, that have an interest in the manufacturing space. He also provides detailed client research, focusing on process management and financial statements in order to estimate company valuations and identify market opportunities. He also gathers and consolidates information on 1000+ middle-market firms within the manufacturing industry to create target prospect lists. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he double-majored in Finance and Economics. While there he helped develop a student-led startup company specializing in a cardiac medical device. Before joining FOCUS, Mr. Morgan was an intern in the Shelby County, Tennessee, Finance Department. He holds FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
