Andrew Kenny is a Director of Focus Tax Partners. Andrew has over 10 years’ experience advising personal and corporate tax clients such as High Net Worth Individuals, Start Up Companies (particularly in the technology and software industries) and sizeable Irish Private Companies. Andrew has extensive knowledge of all areas of Irish taxation and has a particular interest in tax structuring of property transactions and corporate transactions including refinancing, acquisitions, disposals, corporate re-organisations and Management Buy Outs (MBOs). Prior to joining Focus Tax Partners, Andrew was a Partner in Warren & Partners.
