Shahriar Attaie has executed a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and capital raises. With more than 17 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, Mr. Attaie has held positions at Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group, Libra Securities, Live Nation and most recently, Intrepid Investment Bankers. Mr. Attaie graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Attaie has worked on a variety of transactions during his career, including numerous deals within the hair care, salon services/retail, personal care, and contract manufacturing subsectors of personal care and beauty.
