Tim Huckaby Bio

Tim Huckaby is responsible for the day-to-day management of FMI Capital Advisors, setting the division’s strategy and managing operations, a position he’s held since 2016. He is also the managing director of FMI's Energy Solutions & Cleantech practice. Tim specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services and capital formation for energy solutions and cleantech companies, including energy efficiency and energy services companies, solar and other renewables, distributed generation, energy management, utility demand-side management, demand response and other sectors. He has extensive experience as a sell-side banker, having completed more than 50 transactions in this industry. Before joining FMI, Tim was a partner at EnCapital, a Boston-based boutique investment bank serving the energy industry. He began his career at Price Waterhouse.
