Randy Stutzman specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions and is responsible for FMI's services in to the contractor segment. Since joining the firm in 1978, he has guided contractors as they develop and implement plans tailored to their unique needs, including acquiring additional businesses, selling existing business units and ensuring profitable organic growth. His goal is always to maximize shareholder value. Having grown up in a family-owned construction and development business, Randy has a deep understanding of the specific issues these companies face, giving him insights to help companies develop strategies that produce results. A recognized and respected thought leader, Randy publishes articles and teaches seminars on contractor mergers and acquisitions, ownership transfer and management succession, integration of consolidated companies, and a number of other topics.
