Bio

Aaron Bachik is a managing director who focuses on the building products and building services sectors with more than 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions advisory. He joined the firm in 2022 when the M&A advisory firm he co-founded, SLATE Partners, was acquired by FMI Capital Advisors. Prior to forming SLATE Partners, Aaron was a managing director with Green Manning & Bunch for 13 years, where he started and managed the firm’s building materials and services group. He previously worked at FMI Corp and in the investment banking and M&A departments of Hanifen, Imhoff Inc. in Denver, Colorado, and JPMorgan Chase in New York.
