Michael Chevalier-White has more than 30 years of investment banking and public accounting experience providing financial advisory services to public and private companies and investors on mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, majority recapitalizations, and private capital raises of equity and debt. As co-leader of FMI’s Energy & Industrial Services investment banking group, Michael works with participants in the service and product sectors of the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas, and other industrial process industries. Prior to joining FMI, Michael was managing director in the energy investment banking groups of Raymond James / Morgan Keegan and co-founder and managing director of Paragon Advising, which was acquired by Morgan Keegan. Before co‑founding Paragon Advising, Michael was a senior manager at Ernst & Young.
