Bio

Brian joined FinPro in 2024 as a Senior Managing Director and has over a decade of experience advising clients on capital markets, cross-border M&A, and structured financings across a range of sectors. He has been involved in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, public and private capital raises, and has served as an advisor to financial sponsors and corporates on over $25 billion of announced M&A transactions. Prior to joining FinPro, Brian was a member of HSBC’s Global Investment Banking & Markets team for 9 years and Citigroup’s Global Investment Banking team for 2 years. Brian graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance and holds Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.
