Mr. Shaw is a Vice President at FINNEA Group, possessing more than 5 years of professional experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial strategy, and business performance optimization. His transactional experience is mainly with sell-side advisory for privately-owned, middle-market businesses. Prior to joining FINNEA, Josh worked at a large tier-1 automotive supplier where he led many global projects. During his time there, the company went public on the London Stock Exchange and successfully acquired another company. Josh was part of the team tasked with ensuring a seamless post-merger integration. Originally from England, he was recruited by the University of Detroit Mercy to compete on their NCAA division I varsity golf team. Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and a minor in Leadership, from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he also returned to receive his MBA.
