Mahlatsi leads Fieldstone South Africa’s Infrastructure and PPP practice. He has almost 20 years’ executive experience in various services and resources’ industries. Most notably, he was CEO of Mantengu Mining Limited, a mining resource company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). As a practiced negotiator, strategist and senior finance executive across multifaceted sectors, he is an established dealmaker and entrepreneur. Mahlatsi is the founder and Chairman of M Consulting, a financial services company. He is a chartered accountant and also a former registered auditor and business rescue practitioner.
