Mr. Kaeppler has more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and strategic advisory assignments, with extensive experience in many subsectors of the business services and industrial growth areas. Mr. Kaeppler is co-head of the Business Services practice at Fidus. Prior to joining Fidus Partners, Mr. Kaeppler served as Managing Director at a middle-market boutique investment bank. Previously, Mr. Kaeppler worked in Arthur Andersen’s Chicago office where he served middle-market companies. Mr. Kaeppler earned a bachelor of science, cum laude, from Miami University (Ohio) and a master of business administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
