Manfred Ferber Bio

Manfred C. Ferber is a Managing Partner of FERBER & CO. since April 2000. He has over 25 years of unprecedented track record in sourcing, negotiating and structuring M&A transactions in the healthcare and pharma sector as well as in consumer goods and retail. Previously, Manfred C. Ferber worked for three years in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in New York and London where he was part of the global healthcare team and responsible for arranging numerous transactions including M&A, IPOs and Buyouts. Prior to that he was three years at Robert Fleming (JP Morgan) in London in Corporate Finance. Manfred C. Ferber holds an MBA from Northwestern University Chicago (J.L. Kellogg School of Management).
