Alexander von Hachenburg is a Managing Partner of FERBER & CO. since February 2005. He has over 25 years of in-depth experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, advising family owned businesses as well as corporate clients in the industrials, consumer goods and health care sectors. Previously, Alexander von Hachenburg worked for Ermgassen & Co in London for five years, most recently as Managing Director responsible for the structuring and execution of M&A-transactions across Europe. Alexander von Hachenburg also spent four years at Credit Suisse First Boston in Zurich and London in Mergers & Acquisitions and four years at Credit Suisse in Zurich in Corporate Finance where he was involved in several corporate finance and M&A transactions. Alexander von Hachenburg studied economics in Bonn and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
