A nationally recognized expert in providing strategic advice to financial institutions and other companies, and advising on mergers and acquisitions for companies of all sizes. Trent has valued over 500 enterprises, been qualified as an expert in state and federal courts and has advised in over 100 merger transactions during his 35 years of experience. Prior to forming Feldman Financial Advisors, Trent was a founding shareholder of Kaplan Associates and had worked at the First Boston Corporation, the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and the California State Legislature. Trent holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles.
