Mr. Turner is a founder and Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and Bayshore Partners, LLC. Prior to the formation of Farlie Turner, Mr. Turner was a Principal with Brockway Moran & Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in growth-oriented middle market companies. Mr. Turner was responsible for managing all stages of the transaction and investing process. In addition, Mr. Turner was actively involved in managing existing investments, including assessing financing options, recruiting senior management personnel, structuring senior management compensation, and other strategic and operational issues. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr. Turner was a Vice President with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., the mergers and acquisition division of First Union Securities. At Bowles Hollowell, Mr. Turner advised on numerous transactions, including exclusive sale assignments, buyside advisory, private placements, and various strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Turner received a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
