Don has over 15 years of investment banking experience. Since joining Falcon in 2015, Don has participated in M&A transactions across various sectors including Healthcare IT & Services, Software & Technology, and Industrials. Prior to joining Falcon, he spent time with two middle-market investment banks in Southern California, where he was involved in sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transaction execution for companies in a broad range of industries. Don began his career as a business valuation analyst, performing valuations of public and private companies for various purposes including purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, tax restructuring, and business planning. He received an MBA with distinction and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, maxima cum laude, from LaSalle University. Don holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities, LLC, through which all securities are offered.
