Roy Delizia brings to Fairmount more than twenty years of merger and acquisition experience. A large part of his M&A background is built upon his extensive work for two publicly held companies and his work as a private consultant. Previously, he was a senior vice president with Investec Inc. and its predecessor, PMG Capital Corp. Prior to joining PMG Capital, Roy directed the acquisition function for Hunt Manufacturing, a $300 million consumer products company. He has experience in both domestic and international acquisitions and has been involved in deals ranging in size from less than $2 million to well over $200 million. He has advised clients in the specialty chemical, financial services, defense electronics, avionics, consumer products, digital imaging, telecommunications, software, building products, pharmaceutical, and pharmaceutical services industries. Roy Delizia received his M.B.A. from Drexel University, his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic University, and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
