Bill Frame Bio

Bill Frame is a Director at Fairmount Partners. He joined the firm in 2012. Prior to joining Fairmount, he served as Senior Appraiser at EAC Valuations, providing business and intangible asset valuation services for a variety of industries and business types. He obtained the designation Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Bill began his career with MIL Corporation as a consultant to the US Department of State, where he managed over $210 million in government funding and redesigned the $1.4 billion embassy construction reimbursement program. He also started his own consulting firm, serving a hedge fund and a valuation group. Bill Frame earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Mathematics from The Catholic University of America.
