Wladimir Wallaert Bio

Wladimir Wallaert is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice and has been involved in a range of M&A transactions and capital raisings. Mr. Wallaert’s recent deals include advising ESI Group on its acquisition by Keysight Technologies; Sureserve Group on its acquisition by Cap10; Shaftesbury on its all-share merger with Capital & Counties Properties; NortonLifeLock on its combination with Avast; Mitie Group on its acquisition of Interserve Facility Management; the Special Committee of Stallergenes Greer on its buyout offer by Waypoint; TF1 Group on its acquisition of AuFeminin; Airbus Group on the divestment of its Defence Electronics business to KKR; and Cable and Wireless Communications (CWC) on its acquisition by Liberty Global. Prior to joining Evercore in 2011, Mr. Wallaert worked in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) investment banking at Citigroup in the London offices and at ING in Paris. Mr. Wallaert earned a master’s in corporate finance and financial engineering from University Paris Dauphine.
