Will Jurist Bio

Will Jurist is a managing director in Evercore’s investment banking practice. He is focused on advising clients on a wide range of financial and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructurings across the consumer retail sector. Since joining Evercore in 2012, Mr. Jurist has been a thought-partner to executives on several notable transactions, including advising Whole Foods Market in its sale to Amazon, Pinnacle Foods in its sale to Conagra Brands, Coach in its acquisition of Kate Spade, and Kellogg in its sale of Keebler Brands to Ferrero Group, along with various other transactions across foodservice, food and specialty retail. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Jurist worked at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division, initially in New York, and subsequently in Dubai and Riyadh. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College with a B.A. in economics and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
