Vinay Kameswaran Bio

Vinay Kameswaran is a managing director in Evercore’s Technology group and focuses on fintech. Mr. Kameswaran’s transaction experience includes advising Global Payments on its acquisitions of MineralTree and Zego; NortonLifeLock on its combination with Avast; Core Scientific on its merger with Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition (XPDI); EverCommerce on its IPO; Paya on its merger with FinTech Acquisition Corp. III; Shift4 Payments on its IPO and follow-on offerings; PayPal Holdings on its acquisition of iZettle; Aperture New Holdings, the parent company of OptionsHouse, on its sale to E*Trade Financial; and Gerson Lehrman Group on its sale of a stake to SFW Capital Partners. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Kameswaran worked as an associate with the financial institutions group at Citigroup. Mr. Kameswaran received a B.Eng with honors in electronics and telecommunications from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
