Victor Chan Bio

Victor Chan is a managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice focused on the technology sector. While at Evercore, Mr. Chan has worked with clients across gaming, consumer electronics, industrial technology and other subsectors in technology. Select transactions include advising MTS Systems on its sale to Amphenol, SLDLaser on its sale to Kyocera, Roku on its acquisition of DataXu, Rackspace on its acquisition of Onica, Matrox on its shareholder buyout, Virgin Pulse on its sale to Marlin Equity, Razer on its initial public offering, SnapAV on its sale to Hellman & Friedman, Siris Capital Group on its acquisition of Polycom, and Source Photonics on its sale to Asia-IO and Redview Capital. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Chan covered the fintech sector as part of Citigroup’s financial institutions investment banking practice. Earlier in his career, he was at Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Chan received a B.S. with a dual concentration in finance and marketing, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
