Vasu Pinnamaneni is a Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business and is based in Evercore’s Chicago office. Prior to joining Evercore in 2019, Ms. Pinnamaneni was at Barclays and Rothschild with a focus on the paper and health & wellness sectors. Ms. Pinnamaneni has advised on a number of notable strategic transactions for public and private clients including, KapStone, Caraustar, Jenny Craig, Smartypants Vitamins, Outcome Health, Waddington, Buckeye Technologies and Pro Mach. She has also advised select financial sponsors such as AEA, Arbor, Carlyle, H.I.G. Capital, Jordan Company, North Castle, Olympus and Onex. Prior to joining Barclays in 2009, Ms. Pinnamaneni held a consulting role within Deloitte. Ms. Pinnamaneni earned her B.S.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. She earned her M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Economics from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
