Ted Omlid is a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s corporate advisory business and is focused on advising clients in the healthcare services sector. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Omlid was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, focusing exclusively on healthcare services clients. Mr. Omlid has extensive advisory and execution experience across multiple sub-sectors including managed care, specialty managed care, PBMs, distribution, acute care, post-acute care and HCIT as well as numerous debt and equity financing transactions. Mr. Omlid received his BS in Finance from Miami University and received his MBA degree from the University of Michigan.
