Tammy Kiely is a senior managing director in Technology investment banking at Evercore. Based in Menlo Park, she focuses primarily on semiconductor clients. Prior to Evercore, Ms. Kiely was at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco for almost 25 years, most recently as partner and co-head of the technology investment banking practice. She has worked with numerous clients across a variety of transactions, such as Nvidia’s acquisition of Mellanox; the sale of Altera to Intel; the sale of Arm to Softbank; Marvell’s acquisition of Cavium; and the IPOs of Credo, Freescale, NXP and Monolithic Power Systems. Ms. Kiely serves as co-president of the board of trustees for the San Jose Museum of Art, on the Foundation Board for California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and on the board of regents for Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo. She earned a B.S. in business administration and accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller scholar.
