Stephane Azoulay is a managing director in Evercore’s corporate advisory business focused on the global infrastructure, and utilities & renewables sectors. Since joining Evercore, Mr. Azoulay has advised clients on a number of strategic transactions in the toll roads, ports, airports, rail, parking, and digital infrastructure sectors. Notable transactions include advising on the sales of Autopistas Metropolitanas de Puerto Rico; Halterm Container Terminal; Penn Terminals; Fraser Surrey Docks; Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure; Dulles Greenway; Millennium Garages; and Landmark Aviation. He began his career at the Macquarie Group in Toronto and New York, advising on numerous deals in the transportation infrastructure and regulated energy sectors, including Chicago Skyway’s public private partnership and the privatization of Duquesne Light Holdings. Mr. Azoulay received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, where he also served as a teaching fellow for the Advanced Risk Management and Infrastructure Finance course.
