Stephane Azoulay is a senior managing director in Evercore’s strategic advisory practice, with a focus on the infrastructure sector. Since joining Evercore, Mr. Azoulay has advised clients on a number of strategic transactions in the toll roads, ports, rail, intermodal, airports, parking and transportation services sectors. Notable transactions include advising on the sales of Northwest Parkway; CampusParc; LifeLabs; Global Container Terminals USA; Chicago Skyway; Autopistas Metropolitanas de Puerto Rico; Halterm Container Terminal; Penn Terminals; Fraser Surrey Docks; Tidewater Infrastructure; Dulles Greenway; Millennium Garages; and Landmark Aviation. Mr. Azoulay began his career at the Macquarie Group in Toronto and New York, advising on numerous deals in the transportation infrastructure and regulated energy sectors. He received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, where he also served as a Teaching Fellow for Advanced Risk Management and Infrastructure Finance.
