Stefan Karg is a Managing Director in Evercore’s strategic advisory business, based in Frankfurt, Germany. Mr. Karg has advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions across a number of sectors including real estate, FIG, consumer, industrial and automotive. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Karg was a Director of Kuna & Co. KG, the corporate finance advisory business which was acquired by Evercore in 2015. Mr. Karg has advised on a number of significant transactions over the past few years, including advising IVG’s shareholders on the €3.3 billion sale of OfficeFirst to Blackstone, advising WCM on its public takeover by TLG, advising a private equity consortium including Blackstone and Deutsche Bank on the €1.5 billion merger of Vitus with Deutsche Annington, advising Cerberus on a €1 billion acquisition of a residential real estate platform and various other acquisitions and refinancings. Mr. Karg has a degree in Business Administration from EBS Business School.
