Stefan Karg Bio

Stefan Karg is a managing director in Evercore’s investment banking business based in Frankfurt, Germany. Mr. Karg has advised on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions across sectors, including real estate, financial institutions groups (FIG), consumer, industrial and automotive. Select deals include advising IVG Immobilien’s shareholders on the sale of OfficeFirst Immobilien to Blackstone; WCM on its public takeover by TLG Immobilien; a private equity consortium including Blackstone and Deutsche Bank on the merger of Vitus with Deutsche Annington; and Cerberus on a €1 billion acquisition of a residential real estate platform. Prior to Evercore, Mr. Karg was a director of Kuna & Co., a corporate finance advisory business acquired by Evercore in 2015. He has a degree in business administration from EBS Business School.
