Scott Meyer Bio

Scott Meyer is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice focused on consumer retail. Mr. Meyer has been involved in a broad range of advisory assignments for clients globally. Recent notable transactions include advising Campbell on the acquisition of Sovos Brands, Monster Beverage on the acquisition of Bang Energy, Monster Beverage on the acquisition of CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective, KKR and The Bountiful Company on the sale to Nestle, and KKR and The Bountiful Company on the sale of its sports and active nutrition division to 4×4 Capital. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Meyer was in the investment banking group of Lazard in New York. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in finance from Ohio State University.
