Sandeep Sharma Bio

Sandeep Sharma is a managing director in the Technology group, covering technology & digital services companies. Mr. Sharma has over 25 years of investment banking experience in New York and Asia. Prior to joining Evercore, he was a managing director in the global technology group at Morgan Stanley, where he led tech & digital services coverage and focused on clients in consulting, IT services, BPO services and digital services such as advance analytics, AI and machine learning, managed cloud, managed security and automation. Mr. Sharma worked at Morgan Stanley for over 13 years and prior to that at JPMorgan in New York, and ABN Amro Bank in India and Singapore. His transaction experience includes over $100B in M&A advisory and capital markets transactions. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a post-graduate diploma in business management from IIM, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in electronics engineering from Harcourt Butler Technical Institute (HBTI), Kanpur.
