Samy Peyret Bio

Samy Peyret is a managing director in the firm’s strategic advisory practice. Based in Menlo Park, he focuses on clients in the software sector. Mr. Peyret has worked with innovative software companies across the software stack, including Cloudera, Confluent, Informatica, MongoDB, Snowflake and Qlik. His deal experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Peyret was a director in Citigroup’s technology investment banking group based in San Francisco. He serves on the Lycée Français de San Francisco Board of Trustees. Mr. Peyret earned a B.S. in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA with honors from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
